    Gives you peace of mind

    We’ve had a couple floods in our house and only discovered that you can get water detectors! These were very easy to install and there will be no missing a leak for how loud the alarm is. We tested them and very little water is needed for these to alarm which gives us peace of mind.

    Arrived quickly. Appears to work well and easy to set up. Bought this off the back of a shower leak. Hopefully this will avoid the damage caused if it happens again.

    Excellent Product

    Well I have to say this is one of the easiest things I’ve set up regarding technology, it’s really straightforward and also via the app invited a family member to share the details of the water detectors, I’m hoping that I never need this but I am confident it will work, it’s really well built and I purchased it when it was discounted, it’s so good I’ve ordered another 4 sensors, please don’t wait until you have a leak before you purchase, for the price it’s a piece of mind, well done X-Sense on a good product, 5 well deserved stars. What I would say is make sure you mark the number in felt tip pen because if you mix them up you won’t know what they are as I found out !! Because you have to set them all up at the same time as they need to be near the included hub.

    Easy set up

    By far the easiest home gadget to set up. I purchased extra units so I have 6 dotted around the house giving me price of mind should anything start leaking.

    Small and easy to set up

    I bought this pack following a leak under my sink. I’ve put two units under the sink next to pipes and the third next to the boiler. Once I’d stepped through the instructions then setting them up was fairly straightforward. Make sure you are next to the control unit when adding new units. The only issue is adding the unit monitoring to another phone. You add them as guests and it’s a little clunky. This should be better explained. You send a vote from the user who set them up and this enables the guest to access the details. No loss of a full star as the units are good but it would lose half a star until sorted.

    Peace of mind.

    A great system. Works with app well. Senses water egress immediately. An in-app sensitivity toggle could reduce likelihood of alarms due to stream but otherwise a life saver.

    Saved me from a flood several times

    Has proved itself in real life use several times. Precise, accurate and reliable. Also the price is very reasonable. Wifi signal to/from the sensors and the hub absolutely fine. Time will tell about battery life but I expect each sensor will warn about a low battery. Physical quality and design of product is top class despite not needing to be handled or on show once set up. The only downside is non-integration with other platforms. Nevertheless as a standalone system, just what you need in a critical situation.

    Great and simple idea

    I came across the water sensor when I purchased the smoke alarms, so I bought a couple of these, which were easy to set up, and although the likelihood of a leak is small, if there was to be a water leak it will be disastrous, and therefore being informed of the leak even when away from home is an excellent idea,
