Delicious snack meal with lots of protein
These are the tastiest diet bars out there – and they have a super 24g of protein in every meal so you can maintain your protein intake whilst watching the calories. Most diet bars don’t really have enough protein in them – these are super and taste great – making losing weight easy.I have one for lunch if I have porridge for breakfast and feel full until dinner. On days when I have one of these for breakfast I feel full until lunch time and usually have a tin of tuna, or a tuna sandwich. They really do help you stick to a calorie controlled diet. I never feel hungry after eating these bars – they’re great!
