   Noticeable Health Benefits and A Quality Product

   Recently, I’ve learned about the health benefits of using an infrared sauna and was interested in seeing for myself if it actually worked and if I could notice any difference, physically, by regularly using one.I really didn’t care to pay for some expensive gym membership and have to sit in a traditional sauna with other people, ewww.So, after researching my options, I found this SerenLife Personal Infrared Sauna for a VERY affordable price and decided to give it a try.I’m so glad I bought this product! It’s awesome!The quality is great and the health benefits were noticed immediately.The instructions are easy to understand and setup was no problem.The SereneLife Personal Infrared Sauna heats up to optimal temperature within 10 mins. and it takes about that long to start pouring sweat once you sit down inside it.Instead of the foldable chair that comes with it, I use a milk crate with a folded towel to sit on as it’s a little lower to the floor than the included chair so my body fits better inside.The remote control is easy to set and use and has an alarm that beeps 3X to let you know when your ‘set time’ is 30 seconds away from automatically turning off.The heated foot pad has 3 settings, low/medium/high, and works great. I lay a hand towel over it as it gets really hot on the ‘high’ setting for your bare feet.The two zippered slots for your hands to stick out work perfectly for being able to use your cellphone, TV remote, or holding a book to read while you roast. The external pocket is conveniently placed and can hold the sauna remote and a cellphone at the same time.I’m so happy with this product and enjoy using it 3 to 4 times a week for 30 mins. per session.Since using the SereneLife Personal Infrared Sauna my previous muscle aches are gone, my skin looks better, I’ve lost weight, I get better sleep, and after every session I feel so physically rejuvenated.I highly recommend buying one and experiencing the health benefits for yourself. You’ll be glad you did.

   Comfortable, roomy and works great

   Was skeptical but it works great, get a good sweat going, feel less sore after a workout and plenty of room. Easy to set up and use.

   Very nice sauna. Great price!

   We love this portable sauna. It’s super easy to put together. When you heat this on the highest settings and jump in it’s really nice and heats up well. I think the heat settings is perfect. Any higher it would be too hot. ONLY downside is the way the front bar snaps together. It does come out and snaps in but can be difficult if not lined up correctly. VERY minor considering how well this works.
