Great customer service

Great time in delivery, slight problem with the unit to start with so contacted customer services who were very helpful, they went through several troubleshooting methods, turned out to be a faulty control board which a replacement was sent out and all is working perfectly well.Great company to deal with.

Excellent motor for gate

First of all, I need to thank TOPENS customer service team for assisting me in sorting out the technical issues that I faced during installation. Despite I installed after 8 months of purchase, I was assisted genuinely and promptly by TOPENS team. They also sent a pair of remotes when one of the original ones I got with the motor was non-functional. I would recommend TOPENS to any one blindly and it is technically good and the best customer service that I have ever seen.

Good quality

TOPENS is a very well-known brand in the access control automation industry. I just moved and I am designing and installing a fence gate for the garden. It is really heavy. When I received it, the box was slightly deformed, but after unpacking it, there was no damage inside. Its installation requires professional personnel, you can go to the TOPENS website to view the installation instructions according to the model. It’s of very good quality and it has two remotes. With this remote automatic access control, I no longer have to manually close the door. If you want good access control, I recommend TOPENS.
