We have already tried 4 different brands of outdoor PIR lights. Most only seem to last 6 months then break and it’s usually a case of replacing it. This one is extremely easy to fit, our electrician loves it apparently due to its easy settings (no fiddling about with the sensor as it is a 1-5 numbered setting that works as it is meant to) and has been working brilliantly (so far 1 month in). I’m hoping no more replacements. thoroughly recomend

Since everything went LED I lost the plot a little on how the ratings related to brightness. After a fair bit of searching across sites I figured out that the simple version is wattage is the power consumption and lumens is the brightness.

The item was very good quality but the daylight was still very bright. I solved it by getting some 3mm opaque acrylic and putting that on the light – this seems to do the trick and I have a perfect light.
