   Such a good milk frother

   This is the second one I’ve bought, and it’s sitting in a cupboard just in case anything happens to the first one (which nothing has after 18 months, but I’m a control freak, and when you’ve found something good, you don’t want to do without it – so, I prepare…). Anyhow, a really brilliant milk frother, used daily without any issues at all, and produces frothed milk in quantity. Fills my big mugs, at any event, and is ten times easier to clean than the little frother attached to my nespresso machine. Also makes cracking hot chocolate.Recommended.

   Top frother and great for hot choc too!

   Wanted to say we are very happy with the frother and chose this one because it’s stainless steel and does not have a non stick coating like the old one we had because we want to stop using Teflon coated appliances. We were also looking for one that had a large frothing capacity and also has a hot choc button. My kids love it!I Can make 4 cappos with one jug of frothed milk! Smashing machine. Also wanted some info on the extended free warranty and Harper at customer support team was very helpful, thank you 🙂

   Brilliant! Hot Foamy Milk!

   Easy to use and works well every time.Also, super important to save it from the back of a kitchen cupboard, easy to clean after use because of the detachable jug.Nice big capacity for either a jumbo drink or to make two cups at once.It makes nice and hot frothy milk for homemade cappuccinos and it makes nice hot creamy smooth hot chocolate.Always delivers a lovely thick creamy foam. I use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk.A little bit noisy but it’s only on for a couple of minutes.It works really well and I am surprised how often I use it.

   Hands down a winner

   Ok, so let’s address the handle issue – I too had one that I felt could be unsafe, so I made contact with the product customer services and an amazingly helpful person called Jackie assisted me brilliantly. They did all the required checks and balances their end, and the net result is that only 9 days after purchase, an entirely new unit was sent out to me. Really impressed with that, thank you.Let’s just delve into this super little machine a bit more. easy to use? Tick. Easy to clean? Tick. Good results? Hmmm….GREAT results, so Double Tick from me!I had to make a swift purchase to replace my expensive ( and only 3 years old) Severin (whose customer service was disgraceful) and I honestly did not think I was going to match my Severin. How very wrong that idea was. I actually prefer this unit absolutely hands down and for many reasons.It does what it says it is going to do – fully delivering on frothy product be that unsweetened soya milk, semi or full fat cow’s milk.Hot chocolate? Just bung the powder in along with the whisky thing and the ‘basket’ as I like to call it. No need to pre stir to get a good mix, and the same can be said for my matcha powder /soya milk combo for the mornings- just bung it in and it mixes brilliantly. I have to say, my Severin never really used to….As for cleaning, I ,like the fully flat bottom, the Severin has an indent where it sits on a spindle so you always had to make sure no water remained in that before you relocated the jug, and it was a pain the the bottom.Cleaning of the whisk and basket are easy, as is the spindle thingie that sits in the unit to do all the magic. I do tend to just run a bit of water through it though, but that is my preference.Just made a milky coffee in it and bunged milk, coffee, a bit of water, and a spoon of sugar in it, turned it on and waited for the result.Absolutely the best decision I made when I got this, and if it lasts 2 years I am going to be happy with that. If it lasts longer, then happy days.Really impressed, honestly you need to get one!

   Brilliant alternative

   Nespresso’s milk frothers do a great job. They also have a non-stick coating you have to be careful cleaning, a low volume capacity, the lid breaks over time and they are EXPENSIVE.Once you know how to use this (which way up the frothing wire goes) it produces fantastic froth, greater capacity, the stainless steel is resilient and easy to clean, has a strong lid and is significantly cheaper. The milk container separates from the electrical base which I prefer (cleaning) and you can also use it to make hot chocolate!It’s not the cheapest out there and with greater capacity comes a larger size but I am extremely happy with this product having used it now for many months.The manufacturer’s customer service though (no response to a query) is poor.
