Good as a pressure cooker or air fryer. I enjoy the results as a reward for little effort.

Great how many things can be done with this and the speed at which it cooks but the severe lack of internal accessories available from even after market options along with the fiddly under sized internal basket can make things awkward to point of burning yourself and limited as to how much you can fit for the air fry function. Great for large batch bake, roast, pressure but if you want air fry go for draw type you can fit trays into and open/ access easily for turning or tossing. Overall built pretty well and bought on offer under 200 so pretty satisfied. Shipped and supplied fast.

I had an airfrier and a pressure cooker. Sold them both and bought this. Honestly, I almost need another one. Now I use it everyday and it’s not because it’s a new toy… Its been over a month now

Received the Instant Pot Pro Crisp a couple of days ago, and have tried it with a few bits so far, including frozen chips, garlic bread, battered chicken breast and a whole chicken. Very easy to clean. I find the air fryer lid a bit fiddly to get into place, but a little wobble and push and I get there in the end. It’s not overly large in the kitchen layout either – that was one thing I was a little worried about. All in all so far so good.

I was looking at pressure cookers, but I was also tempted to get an air fryer too. We just don’t have the space to store two units, so I was very interested in this unit. Fortunately is was on a special offer, meaning that it was cheaper than buying my preferred separate pressure cooker and air fryer units.I’m happy with my choice with the small reservation (hence 4 stars) about the size of the air fryer basket. you can air fry without the basket meaning the space available is larger, but there’s nowhere for the juices to drip away during cooking. As my primary usage of this will be for pressure cooking, I can live with this.In the few days we’ve had it, I’ve done a whole 2Kg chicken (28 mins pressure + 10 mins to crisp up with the air fryer lid) and it was superb, well cooked moist meat with crispy skin. Pork loin chops in the air fryer weren’t quite as successful, I think I did them for too long as they were a bit dry, but it was the first time I’d used an air fryer. Some time thie week I’ll be trying oven chips for the first time, hopefully they’ll come out better than the hit and miss results I get using the fan oven. The air fryer lid is quite big, but fortunately it just about fits in the cupboard space we freed up for the unit.Overall I’m very happy with the purchase and am looking forward to experimenting to find out what it can and can’t do well. It certainly should save a few pennies on the electricity bill as it cooks quicker than the oven and uses less than half the power even at full chat!
