Forget frying pans
I use it for frying, spag bol, some curries and sauteing. Quick to heat up. Even heat distribution. I handwash it, which can sometimes result in extended scrubbing with a non stick scourer.

Does what it says on the tin. This is non stick. The food slides off. It’s amazing.
We read that it is best to avoid olive oil because it carbonises at a lower temperature, this may be why some people say they have problems with GreenPans. So we only use Sunflower Oil and this pan works amazing. It is the best pan we have ever had, no competition at all.

easy to clean and doesnt burn
i recommend it, nice looking pan, easy to clean. I have been using it for several months now and not like other teflon pans, this one doesnt scratch and seems to be resistant
