When you get the instructions out the box make sure you copy it correctly as I was typing in a small o instead of a capital O wouldn’t work emailed the guys and they told me my error tried again and all up and running not gonna say it’s faster but it’s better than wired connection so I’m well pleased.

On RoPieee endpoint it appeared in the menu as soon as I plugged it in and as soon as I configured it – the device worked straight away and improved the Pi WiFi reception vs the on board WiFi

After plugging the WIFI adapter into a rear USB3 port, I tried to download the driver using the command in the installation instructions over my wired Internet connection; but it failed to execute properly. I then decided to see whether it would work without the driver and it did with no issue whatsoever. In fact the WIFI connection is faster than my previous wired ethernet connection. If you are using Linux, then this adapter is perfect.

I almost never write a review, but every now and then when a product is truly awesome or I have received really amazing customer service..I do. This is one of those times! if you’re using Linux on your computer..please just save yourself the hassle, and buy this USB wifi dongle 🙂 I initially bought a TP-Link wifi dongle, as it was a bit cheaper..I spent HOURS trying to get it to work with the latest version of Ubuntu, but despite hours and hours wasted and so much messing about on Terminal..it was to no avail. I then paid the few pounds more and bought this one..initially it didn’t work, and I thought ‘oh no, not again!’ i then contacted customer services at BrosTrend who were AMAZING! They sorted it all out in just a few minutes, and I now have a working wifi connection. Thanks so much to Alkis and the team, you guys are awesome 🙂
