I bought it to raise the humidity of our bedroom and it works just fine. The assembly was a little tricky, since the instructions read like a bad Google translate, however, you find find good videos on YouTube. The setting are easy to use and the machine itself is next to noiseless. The mist is fine, cool and dense on the max setting and smells a little sweet, but this might be influenced by local water quality. For the price and 5 litre tank this is a great find compared to the ones available in store that were at the same price but had a half a litres tank. All in all, can recommend.

Nice 5 litre tank so last a long time before you need to refill it. Simple to set up, looks better than a lot of humidifiers. The adjustable knob works for the speed, you cant tell the difference with how fast the mist is coming out. The swivel exhaust to change the direction of where most of the mist is directing is a nice addition because I can point it away from my electrics. I have used the essential oil tray yet so can’t comment on that but the way everything else is working currently, it should be fine. My wife had a dry cough at night and using this humidifier helped her a lot.
