If you want electronic display and touch buttons look elsewhere but be prepared to pay twice as much. This three speed fan has what you might call old fashioned controls but, the thing is, they all work.The tower is a really good size and oscillates slowly giving cool air across a good size room. It has three speeds and the slowest is suitable for the bedroom and quiet enough for going to sleep.So, the clunky buttons consist of the ‘off’ button then ‘low’, ‘medium’ and ‘high’ plus a button for the oscillator. There is a dial above that to set a timer at half hour intervals up to two hours duration.Not a flashing light or dial anywhere to be seen and no remote but, you know what? It all works and at a great price.

I was concerned as the base felt a little flimsy, however, it appears to be stable and is so much quieter than our old fan.Love that I can set it to switch of after a chosen amount of time too.Would buy again

Bought one first in mid July when I was melting. Great quality and really delivered the breeze I needed. Not wanting yet another remote control I love that this is totally manual so I could connect it through a smart plug and control it through Alexa. I tried to order another and found it out of stock. Found another potential supplier but they said it had now been upgraded to a ‘better’ r/c model. I bought another similar model but it was much noisier and less effective. Finally another new one of these popped up on Amazon and I managed to get it – great product – should continue production.
