I have cooked, veg, fish, meat, etc very successfully, including a common joint. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and does a good job. I have even cooked a complete meal with the three tiers. I might try a cake sometime.However, I bought it in May 2021 and after regular daily use, the clock timer stopped working. So irritating! The steamer still worked well so I was able to continue cooking, but used my kitchen timer to keep track.However, yesterday, the clock timer worked, so I don’t know what the problem was, but it looks like it resolved itself.

After owning various steamers over the years which don’t tend to last long.This one looks really good, fast to heat up, drip tray allows quick cleaning, no need to change water.Trays are strong and single unit construction.

Great for steaming meat and veg. Boiling eggs worked okay but the indents they were to fit in were a little small and so there was a tendency for the eggs to fall over. If you don’t get the fit exact( which could be fiddly ) then you come back to a puddle on the bench.

Only took a star off because the carrots stain the bottom layer but other than that it’s just what I needed for tasty veg that doesn’t keep flavor when boiled.

It is BPA free, very fast and easy to clean. I had many other steamers before, but this is the best. I would strongly recommend it.

Heats up really quickly. The only thing I really hate is that the plastic discolours if you cook carrots, so only 4 stars on easy to clean. Wish there was some better way round this. I’ve tried putting the carrots in the rice basket inside one of the steaming baskets but that means the rice basket gets stained too, plus the carrots are sitting in water which defeats the whole steaming idea!

On the whole the steamer is very good, however, it does feel a bit flimsy, but I love it, I like the way it catches the water from the frozen veg. But you still have the main water at the bottom. I’ve boiled and poached an egg in the steamer. Wonderful item to have in kitchen.

Impressed with this. Due to its price, I was expecting something with poor quality materials. However, the quality is brilliant, sturdy and seems to be long lasting. The dishwasher has already had a go at cleaning the containers and there’s no distortion or warping. The timer works well and turns the unit off after it’s finished. It cooks the contents evenly and produces excellent flavour.Overall I’m very impressed.

I have used this product for over 3years now and its still working as new. Easy to use and clean. Self explanatory and perfect not just for vegetables but meals as a whole. Does the same job as an air fryer system just this is steaming which makes more sense because I can use the oven instead of an air fryer.

Have used this on a number of occasions now and am generally pleased with it although I find it difficult to actually see the water level. I have limited space to store it when not in use and find packing it down to its smallest is a bit fiddly – although I’m getting better at it! The baskets are marked with numbers, but again these are not particularly clear and visible. Other than that, I am quite pleased with it. You do need to be able to use it near your cooker hood/extractor to save the kitchen filling up with steam. It cleans easily and because the base to each basket can be removed if required gives more scope as to what can be cooked it. It steams well and I’ve bought a steam cook book to help with timings and recipe ideas. It comes with a solid base rice container which is useful. I have a number of other dishes which will fit into it which again gives more options as to what can be cooked in i
