It works for me. After one use I fell over and bust the remote control. I sent a message to their service centre and J… replied that they managed to source, free of charge, a replacement remote but I would have to wait as it shipped from China. What great service! Full marks and a grateful customer! Worth every star for both the machine and, particularly the service.Update: I have received the new remote with no charge for either the remote or postage. Service as it should be and more. I am very pleased with the machine which I use daily but even more pleased with the after sales service which even includes plans for stupid people like me!

Quite heavy for me too lift into place , I’ve been doing it everyday now for 3 weeks twice a day prog 2 30min eachDefinitely feeling my legs are getting stronger , my night cramps are definitely decreasing as well, so so far I’m very pleased with it , it is also whisper/hum quiet, perfect watching TV or reading I would recommend this for anyone that needs too get legs moving again , build up stamina
