I have been working from home since 2020 and that has caused some issues with my back as I have basically been sitting more than I had previously. I was recommended to buy an adjustable desk. I purchased this one and was able to use my existing desk top. It was so easy to fit together and the instructions were good. The supplier gave instructions which include if you were converting your own desk and supplied the relevant screws etc.It has height options you can program and it glides smoothly. I love it! I would recommend a fatigue mat too as it helps take the pressure off your legs whilst standing.

Support is great if you need it
I purchased the desk during the summer when I was renovating my home office and had it for a couple of weeks before putting it together. The whole process of putting it together was very easy to follow, but you may need help to move it once built. Anyway, so far so good but I had issues with the controller. I followed the instructions and couldn’t get it to work. The support team were great, they followed up immediately and sent additional instructions to try but didn’t solve the issue. They they sent a replacement out immediately and this fixed my issue right away. The desk is great, makes such a difference to my working day, and for the money its great value..I used a 700mm worktop off-cut i had which worked a treat…

Reasonably Priced Standing Desk Electric

I have been thinking about getting a automatic standing desk but have been put off due to cost. I purchased the MAIDeSITe when it was on offer at the start of Jan 2024.I fitted a 2.2m length of white worktop 28 mm thick 620 mm deep which works perfectly with my setup. I must mention the installation manual says max 1.8m wide.It took me around 1 hour to assemble – but I did have to cut the worktop down and put side covers on. it obviously took extra time to fix cable management, monitor stand and pc holder.I’m extremely happy with this and would recommend to anyone who wants a similar setup.
