I dry my clothes indoors during winter and would like to avoid a potential future mould problems so I bought this. Waited 24-hour before plugging in as directed as the delivery driver had left it on its side in a “safe place” stuffed behind my wheelie bins.I started off with a relative humidity over 75% and within a couple of hours the machine had lowered it to 60% and pulled a good mugful of water out of the air so it seems to be doing a decent job. The red/green led circle on the front is a nice touch so you can easily see from across the room once the humidity has reached the set level. Noise level is pretty low, I can’t hear it from the living room while it’s running in the kitchen but it’s not quiet enough that I could see myself being able to sleep in the same room as it. It’s not much noisier than a fan so if you can sleep through that you’d be alright with this. It does take a few seconds to actually turn off when you hit the power button which some may find confusing and resort to pulling the plug.So far very happy with this. Got a bit of a musty cupboard under the stairs so I’m going to let it loose on that next and report back.

Definitely doing its job, have it on for a few hours each day and have removed about 10L of water in 6 days.Really quiet can’t hear it when it’s in a different room.
