Great air purifier for use in larger rooms/areas

When this MTS Air Purifier arrived and I saw the size with my own eyes, I knew that this was a serious piece of kit that could help keep dust at bay.The HEPA filter is fitted to the front, which is a neat fit into the frame. The front cover is held to the main unit by some magnets, and the air purifier cuts off (if it is on at the time) when the front cover is removed – obviously a safety measure incorporated into the design.To the right of the front is the detachable water container to create the humidifying function of the machine. It’s a simple design to fill this tank with water – it is removed and turned upside down, the connection is loosened by hand and filled with water. It is better to fill this by using a water jug or similar as I couldn’t get the whole unit completely under the tap to enable to completely fill it.The air purifier can run fine without any water being present in the water tank, but I prefer to use the full functionality of the unit, so I top it up every few days. How frequently you must do this will depend on how fast the output fans have been running.The top of the machine gives easy and quick access to all of the touch controls, with a clear and always-on display (obviously except when the unit is turned off, the display then only shows the on button). I do like the colour-coding of the top of the unit which gives you an instant recognition of how good (or poor) the current air quality is.There is an automatic mode which changes the fan speed on an ad-hoc basis depending on air quality, I tend to have the purifier all the time at the lowest fan speed. You can put it on a timer up to 12 hours, but I think this is probably best used in combination with the automatic mode or at a constantly higher fan speed.Overall, this is a great air purifier for larger rooms or in larger areas with enough functionality to enable you to set it up how you feel is best. I have it at the top landing of my house which is located in the middle of all the bedrooms and this is large enough to help in all the bedrooms when the doors are open (which is usually all the time).
