- Automatic Scaler for displaying 4K content on a full-HD device, scales 2160p to 1080p – ideal for mixed use of UHD TV and full HD display
- Integrated HDMI connection cable for HDMI source (pigtail, length 60 cm), 2 HDMI sockets for connection to UHD TV or supplementation. Supports HDMI-CEC between HDMI out 1 and HDMI source
- Note: If you wish to have an optimal output for the main device, while abstaining from the audio or video on the second device, we recommend using the splitter FeinTech VSP01201
Built-in full HD scaler
A special feature is the built-in scaler, which is useful when using 2 displays with different video formats. If you connect e.g. both an Ultra-HD TV and a Full-HD projector to a 4K HDMI source, each device gets the best possible resolution. The TV receives unchanged the full Ultra-HD resolution of 2160p, the projector receives a video signal calculated to 1080p. Other parameters remain the same.
With 2 connected Ultra-HD displays the scaler is inactive. Each device then receives an optimal signal in Ultra-HD.
